Poeppelman Materials is a fifth generation construction materials producer and supplier. They specialize in producing crushed limestone, sand & gravel, and ready mix concrete to the greater mid-western Ohio, and mid-eastern Indiana markets. Currently the three main business segments are the aggregate division, referred to as Poeppelman Materials,  the precast division and ready-mix concrete division, referred to as Pepcon.

The Poeppelman Materials main office and quarry is located in Bradford. Pepcon has four ready mix concrete batch plant locations: Bradford OH, Versailles OH, Union City IN, and Brookville OH. The West Milton Pre-cast division will be Pepcon’s fifth location.
